I can’t even spell out my own name…

2:05 pm i'm on a rant, product/service reviews, stamping and scrapping

…at least, not with my QuicKutz Studio Skinni-Mini alphabet set!

See, I lost the G/H die. Yeah, I know… my fault for not putting it away properly…it probably got knocked down by cats and is hidden someplace unknown.

But here is the ranty part: I contacted QK via their website, about purchasing just this one die. It says right on their site, right here, in fact, that this is possible…as long as the dies in question are still available.

So, I contacted customer service via e-mail. No response. After a week, I contacted them again, expressing my anger over them not responding to my first e-mail. Hell, if you are going to do business on the internet, you’d best respond to customer’s e-mails, right?

The next day, I got a response from someone at QK, who told me that if I sent her my name and address, and the exact die I needed, she’d have it sent to me for free. So I sent that info off, and I was happy.

But this was two weeks ago. So far…NOTHING. No further e-mails. No die. No nothing.

This is VERY shitty customer service. I never asked for the die for free in the first place; I was always willing to pay for a replacement…after all, it was my fault that it was lost in the first place. But if QK is saying that they can get me a new die, either for free or at a charge, then they should have provided me with said die by now.

I’m disgusted with them right now. I really think I have a better chance of finding the lost die, than I do in EVER getting a replacement, at any cost. I’m giving up on ever trying to get it, and chances are good that I’ll be buying fewer of their products in the future. Such a shame, because I do love their stuph.

But I hate shitty customer service even more.
