Today I turned on the TV at 11AM, because I wanted to watch Scrapbook Memories on CreateTV. Ever since we got digital TV, that show has been on at that time, every Tuesday and Thursday.

I almost went ballistic when Cultivating Life came on instead. It’s a great show, and I like it, but I wanted my scrapbook show, dammit! I was afraid that they had taken it off the schedule completely, to make room for some stupid crap show.

Nope, turned out that they just changed the schedule around. Scrapbook Memories now comes on at 11:30, Tuesday and Thursdays. I just checked, and the whole thing is different, now I have to remember a whole new schedule.

I noticed that they took Fons & Porter’s Love of Quilting off the schedule. I’m not a quilter, but I liked watching that show. It’s made me think about dusting off the old sewing machine and giving it a try. There’s another quilting show that’s still on, but I’ve always liked Marianne and Liz better.

Oh well…maybe I can subscribe to their magazine.

Most of the travel shows I like are still on, so I can watch people going on European cruises and such.  Trips to foreign countries are not in the budget right now, but maybe someday.  Still, it’s fun to watch these shows and drool.

One good thing about the changes at CreateTV is that there is another papercrafting show on now.  It’s called Paint, Paper & Crafts, and it’s hosted by Sloan Payne-Rutter.  She also co-hosts that For Your Home show, with her mom, Vicki Payne.  Both are excellent shows, they show projects that people can actually do.

Anyhoo, by the time I get this new TV schedule down pat, they’ll change it again.  I just know it!
